Found a new blog to read about fitness and health. If your trying to lose weight, eat better and exercise more this year then check this blog out. He calls himself the, " Worlds Fittest Man" - and by the sound of his bio and his workouts he probably is. His workouts are way beyond my level but he is inspiring. Check out his list of the best/worst foods to eat.

-Dark (not milk) chocolate
-Sweet potato (or pumpkin)
-Salmon (preferably wild)
-Tea (preferably green)
